| The purpose of this study is to design the development strategy of Xinglongrealestate company by analyzing its market competition environment, competitionsituation and its own characteristics. According to the characteristics of this paper, weused investigation and data analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods.Based on PEST method, this paper first analyzed the macroscopic environment ofXinglong realestate company, and then used Porter five forces model to analyze theindustry environment analysis, from the organization, personnel, capital and marketmarketing ability and other aspects of the internal conditions. And then, this paper usedSWOT method to elaborate Xinglong realestate company’ advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats, and by using the AHP method of the key factors for weightassignment, using the IEF, EFE matrix is completed by the SWOT matrix quantitative,Xinglong realestate company should take SO offensive strategic conclusion. According tothe determination of the SO offensive strategy, this paper put forward with the solutionsthat Xinglong realestate company should put forward the market penetration strategy,forward integration strategy, backward integration strategy as its growth strategy, andfrom the grasp of the macroeconomic environment, strengthen cost control, strengthenthe informatization construction, optimize the human resources management system,perfect company R&D system and other aspects of the implementation of the strategy ofthe specific safeguard measure. |
