The Potential Research On Export Agricultural Trade Of Xinjiang In China To Central Asian Countries

Xinjiang has rich agricultural resources, less pollution of agricultural production, goodquality, and the industrial structure of agriculture have strong complementary with CentralAsian countries. Neighboring of Central Asia, Xinjiang has the unique geographicaladvantages with agricultural products in the development of trade. The"12th Five-Year Plan"put forward to “speed up the open border, play along the border of the geographic advantage,develop and implement a special open-door policy, speed up key ports, border cities, bordereconomic cooperation zones (cross-border) and focus on developing open pilot areaconstruction, strengthen basic facilities with neighboring countries interoperability "It is inthis context that the paper systematically research the potential for trade in agriculturalproducts of China’s Xinjiang and Central Asian countries, which promote the adjustment ofagricultural structure in Xinjiang, Xinjiang agricultural growth, expand trade and economiccooperation with Central Asian countries has important practical significance.In this paper, in order to the export trade of the agricultural products of Xinjiang on the aCentral Asian countries as the research object, focus on analysis of the potential of theChinese Xinjiang on the of the export on Nations and the agricultural products of Central AsiaStates, and as a basis forwarding proposals on promotion Policy proposes that the of theexport of China’s Xinjiang the agricultural products of the Central Asian countries.
