A Research About Agricultural Products Trade Questions Between Xinjiang And Five Central Asian Countries

Xinjiang is located in the hinterland of the Eurasian, peripheral borders with eight countries.It is an important channel of the ancient silk road and the asia-europe continental bridge. There is a big temperature gap between day and night. Abundant agricultural resources and good agricultural products in oasis are greatly satisfy the green demand of consumers at home and abroad;Central Asia common agricultural development level is not high, on the geopolitical structure and landform characteristics Xinjiang and central Asia are similar,and central Asia and Xinjiang people have similar life habits and national religion.According to the theory of consumer preferences of trade,Xinjiang and five central Asian countries’ s trade of agricultural products has a natural advantage. So it is important practical significance to expand agricultural exports.It is the main purpose to found the problem and promote the development of import and export trade of this article.This article start from the status of agricultural products trade of xinjiang and five central Asian countries, using the experience of the development of other countries and regions,then think about the potential of agricultural products trade.Based on the above ideas and framework, this paper is divided into four parts to discuss related content:The first part, define agricultural products,agricultural products and agricultural products trade issues,agricultural products, agricultural products trade, then introduce the relevant foreign trade basic theory, as the basis and scope of research papers.The second part,describe the development situation of agricultural products trade of Xinjiang and central Asia countries.In agricultural characteristics, industrial structure, trade object and volume of trade analyzed Xinjiang and five central Asian countries.The third part,through empirical studied the Xinjiang agricultural product trade with central Asian countries. From the gravity model with the trade quantity of 2001-2014 got the results showing that Xinjiang market with enormous potential for five central Asian countries;With intra-industry trade G- L index found that the volume of trade is rising in general fluctuations.All kinds of agricultural products of domestic trade industry average is low(G- L index less than 0.1), the agricultural products of more chapter is mainly inter-industry trade.The fourth part respectively put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to speed up the cooperation in three aspects to Xinjiang、central Asia and Xinjiang and central Asia countries.This paper analyse the intra-industry trade index and the future development potential and found a series of problems on trade,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions in terms of personnel, infrastructure, market and policy, hoping to build free trade area and return to common prosperity eventually.
