| Today’s market competition is the competition of globalization, the core of the marketcompetition is gradually changed to the enterprise’s supply chain competition from thecompetition among enterprises, the traditional supply chain management will usuallyregard supply chain as a static structure, too much emphasis on stability, it is difficult toadapt to the fast changing market environment, there are many problems. To improve thewhole supply chain operation efficiency, the enterprises in supply chain have to achieve ahigh degree of data sharing, interactive, and sharing the information of services.Therefore, need to integrate the different types of operating system, application software,system software and application infrastructure through computer technology, informationtechnology and management technology, building agile supply chain management.The information technology develop rapidly, promotes the realization of the highquality, reliable, efficient service and information, make the communication of supplyand demand information of supply chain enterprises better, reduce transaction costs,improve customer service level. Information is the implementation of the agile supplychain, information sharing becomes the foundation and implementation in successfulenterprise cooperation and gaining market status in agile supply chain management.This paper in the perspective of agile supply chain, mainly studies the problem of informationsharing, based on the summary of research on previous scholars, this paper constructs a suitableInformation Sharing mode for Agile Supply Chain Management--based on RFID information sharingmode structure, and constructs the information sharing platform, gives the agile supply chainmanagement information sharing strategy.In this paper, firstly, summarizes the current research status of so far in the academiccircle of agile supply chain and its management and sharing of information theory, thedissertation overall train of thought, make this study the direction clearly; secondly, byanalyzing the concept of agile supply chain and its management features, compares with thegeneral supply chain and its management, summarizes the differences between the two,leading question discussed in this paper is the content of agile supply chain informationmanagement; thirdly, analyzes the implementation of agile supply chain managementtarget, condition, and then discusses the realization of basic factors that affect theimplementation of agile supply chain management; then, carries on the analysis to theinformation sharing in supply chain management mode, and summarizes thecharacteristics of the information sharing mode in agile supply chain management, obtained the information sharing mode of agile supply chain management; then, based onthe above analysis, carries out in the relevant technical support and analysis the cost andbenefit, establishes information sharing platform of agile supply and gives advices forrisk aversion and how to test the enterprises’ agility on agile supply chain; finally, fromthe two aspects of enterprise and supply chain to give the effective strategy ofinformation sharing.Through the research of information sharing in agile supply chain management, we cansee the developing direction of supply chain, to stay in an invincible position in a rapidchanges competitive environment, enterprises have to transform themselves by usingadvanced information technology. |
