Research On The Supply Chain Partner’s Selection And Relationship Management Of Real Estate Enterprises

The real estate industry is a pillar industry of our country’s national economy,and itis closely related to the life of the common people, at the same time,the developmentsituation of the real estate industry affects the country’s economic development situationdirectly,and in order to ensure the good operation of the real estate industry, real estateenterprise itself also needs a set of perfect management measures except nationalmacroeconomic regulation and control. Real estate enterprise supply chain’s successfuloperation is the outcome that the combined action of all nodes on the supply chainmembers, real estate enterprise supply chain partners’ core competitiveness level andpartner relationship management problems are the key problems when the real estateenterprise in its development process.To ensure healthy and steady real estateenterprises’ development, it is necessary to set up integration system of real estateenterprise supply chain management,and use the theory of supply chain management tochoose suitable partner for real estate enterprises,and do the research of partnerrelationship management.This paper firstly reviews the relative concepts of real estate enterprise supplychain partners and methods of partner selection,and uses it as a theoretical basis,andthen uses the perspective of challenges for real estate development and the advantage ofsupply chain management to analyse the necessity that real estate enterprise applysupply chain management,and all this do the matting for the core of this article. Themain research content of this paper has two aspects,first is real estate enterprise supplychain partner’s selection process,that is establishing model and solving the problem,anduses the entropy weight method combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod,and also does the empirical analysis, and generates the data into the model to calculate the results that choosing the suitable supply chain partners of real estateenterprise.Secondly,real estate enterprise can do the research for its relationshipmanagement after choosing partners,and partners can also be seen as customers,and theimportant role of customers and information flow is also the key issue of real estateenterprise supply chain partner’s relationship management,and which attaches greatimportance to the exchanges and cooperation with clients and information sharing canpromote the development of real estate enterprises.There is certain theoretical and practical significance in this research,and it canprovide more theory guidance for real estate enterprises’ own development andmanagement. Solving the problem of partner selection with model provides an effectivemethod for real estate development enterprise,and also helps real estate enterprises togain competitive advantage in the development.
