With a raise in living standard and spiritual consumption demand,tourism demand keeps growing.The tourism industry comes a long way,transforming from single sightseeing and attraction-visiting trip to vacation-leisure and region-based tour.Its consumption gradually turns from elite consumption to mass consumption.On the one hand,there are more and more people traveling outside,and on the other hand,with an increasing frequency of tour.Invention for tour is the new requirement of Experience Economy for the rural tourism.From the content to the form of tourism consumption,from the exterior carrier to the deep cultural connotation,products and service of rural tourism gradually wants more cultural inventions.Cultural invention is an important guarantee for the healthy development of rural tourism.Currently,rural tourism is developed majorly on the local natural resources and its unique culture.The cultural invention in rural tourism will improve its quality and core competitiveness and will form distinctive areas and particular industry layout of rural tourism.Meanwhile,rural tourism provides the platform for cultural and creative industry will present and highlight local culture,by utilizing the high-quality natural landscape and environment of rural places,in order to help the local authorities improving its attractiveness.The trend of tourism development is to converge rural tourism and cultural and creative industry.As the abundant resources and raw materials give the basic conditions for cultural inventions,cultural and creative industry will provide rural tourism with new forms and products,to increase its.Therefore,it has significance for the sustainable development of rural tourism and its upgrading.This thesis,based on the academic documentations and the related practices of this industry at home or abroad,makes a dissection the history and the present condition of rural tourism development through case study;an analysis and generalization on the internal mechanism for converging rural tourism and cultural and creative industry;an conclusionupon the development problems.Moreover,this thesis explores strategies and fundamental method to develop rural tourism in the respect of cultural and creative industry.This thesis suggests that rural tourism will be an inevitable outcome of human development and urbanization,a necessary means of getting close to nature,stress-releasing and nature education,as well as an important segment of Chinese tourism for next several years or decades.The present problems of rural tourism development includes the traditional resource theory,single development pattern,lack of deep exploration of local culture,non-innovative tourism products,shortage of marketing channels and intensions.The development of rural tourism shall focus on promoting local economy and culture,through the infrastructure construction,on the basis of talents and service,and be oriented to the demand of tourists and consumers,as well as it shall converge cultural and creative industry in order to make an organic convergence of rural resources,natives and tourists,in which the region will be flourished.During its development,cultural invention will be employed,and more attention should be paid to select and converse culture resources hereby to form culture properties;natural and cultural resources in villages will attract tourists in a creatively new form,while local delicacy and agricultural products here will be creatively designed to conform to the modern lifestyle.Meanwhile,the society-people relations and humanity ecology of villages will also be reconstructed during rural tourism development.
