It is necessary to build a comprehensive competitiveness evaluationindex system of construction enterprises, use scientific and applicable competitivenessevaluation model of construction enterprises and get the competitiveness index and rankingresult of junior competitiveness index. Competitiveness evaluation system of constructionenterprise has the function of the guidance, correction, competitiveness, it play a positive rolein the sustainable development of construction enterprises and business decisions.Firstly analyzed the current situation in construction enterprises competitiveness rankingtop hundred of china and summarized the advantages and shortcomings of current situation;Secondly, It carried on the literature review for the theory of construction enterprisecompetitiveness. According to the design principles and basis of evaluation indexes, Itestablished the evaluation index system of Chinese construction enterprise competitivenessand set the index in detail; Thirdly, based on TOPSIS evaluation method, it put forward theidea that combine entropy weight method with TOPSIS evaluation method and build theevaluation model of entropy-TOPSIS. At the same time, it provides the standard of evaluation.Finally, according to the concrete case, the article applied entropy-TOPSIS evaluation modelof construction enterprises competitiveness of china to calculate and sort the index weight andthe comprehensive evaluation value of junior index and senior index and analyzed the rankingresults of competitiveness. Entropy-TOPSIS evaluation model not only can evaluate theranking in the competitiveness of construction enterprises, but also can evaluate the strengthof the competitiveness index of construction enterprise. So it can guide policymakers toaccurately identify the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises and offer valuablereference for the construction enterprises to promote competitiveness of constructionenterprises.
