Study On The Target Area Selection Of High Standard Prime Farmland Construction In Zhidan County

According to food security and protection of prime farmland, the goal of400million muhigh standard prime farmland construction is put forward in the planning period of the latestLand Renovation Plan. How to choose the target areas of high standard prime farmland andconstruction from the available resources and finish the reasonable disposition of highstandard prime farmland construction, is important significance for protection of food sec-urity and drawing up Land Renovation Plan.On the basis of agglomeration theory, the central place theory and3S technology, thispaper does study on the target area selection of high standard prime farmland construction inzhidan county.This paper relying on The Land Renovation Plan of zhidan county, combining withrequirements of high standard prime farmland construction and resources endowment countyand the social and economic conditions in zhidan, establishes evaluation index system offarmland to high standard prime farmland construction by the concentrated degree offarmland, the slope, the agricultural land use index, the irrigation conditions, the settlementradiation, the transport condition and the width of terrace, to evaluate comprehensively thequality of farmland in target，to calculate the score of each index by3S technology, todetermine evaluation index weights by Entropy Method and Grey Relationship AnalysisMethod, select project candidate area of high standard prime farmland construction from theexisting farmland in zhidan by the evaluation result, to analysize the rationality of theevaluation result by comparing with survey data of high standard prime farmland constructionin zhidan, to prove the validation of a high standard prime farmland construction targetoptions is correct.Aiming at the existing problem of high standard prime farmland construction, this paperput forward the proposals from the target plan, construction plan, the assurance of highstandard prime farmland construction on quality and quantity, funding and supervision tomake sure the goal of high standard prime farmland construction.
