Planning Of High Standard Primefarmland Construction Based On Arable Land Classification

Prime farmland protection related to our country’s food security, economic developmentand social stability. For a long time,the quality of the arable land in whole country is not high,water and soil spatial matching is poor. With continued population growth and rapid economicdevelopment, the contradiction between supply and demand for land increased by rigidconstraints of increasing rigidity. With the national land remediation plan promulgated, highstandard construction of prime farmland become important move to improve the quality ofarable land. So how to plan and layout the high standard prime farmland science, become ahot topic in today’s land remediation work.In this paper, a comprehensive, systematic combing the concepts and theories of highstandard basic farmland construction planning, refer to the relevant experts and scholarsplanning concepts, based on the analysis of arableland classification’s advantages andinadequate, analysis of the factors affecting ofplanning the construction of the high standardsprime farmland, presents a more complete and applicable method of high standards primefarmland construction planning based on arablel land classification, provide the technicalbasis and theoretical reference for the county plan.In this study use the County of Hu, Xi’ancity, as the demonstrate instances, the use ofGIS technology, access to farmland natural endowments of factors, building constructionconditions related factors and external factors, such as integrated environmental factors andthe role of the spatial distribution of scores, the use of artificial methods of integrated networkmodel to calculate the weights, a Composite score and screened to determine the scope of ahigh standard prime farmland construction and construction timing and division of rationalevaluation and comparison with the actual remediation plan, the results show that the methodhas certain scientific rationality, a new method for the study of the high standards of primefarmland construction plan to make a useful exploration.
