A Study Of Highway Passenger Transportation Enterprises Low Carbon Development Evaluatiao Of Hebei Province

With the development of economy, people’s income is increasing and people’sliving standards is improving. At the same level of ascension about the quality ofpeople’s life is being questioned. Now people face the energy crisis of energy shortage,environmental crisis of global warming and frequent extreme weather events. Avariety of environmental issues caused by greenhouse gases, especially carbon dioxideemissions, is growing. Highway passenger transportation enterprises are major sourceof carbon emissions. Low-carbon development of highway passenger transportationenterprises becomes the focus of global attention. Low-carbon development ofhighway passenger transportation enterprises has become a key development target inHebei Province. The purpose of this study is to reduce the carbon footprint of highwaypassenger transportation enterprises in Hebei Province, come true low-carbon greengrowth of highway passenger transportation enterprises.Firstly, this paper reviews research findings of scholars at home and abroad in thefield of the low-carbon development of highway passenger transportation enterprises,expounds the relevant concepts and theories of low-carbon transportation, which laida theoretical basis for the following research.Secondly, this paper summarizes current situation about the development ofhighway passenger transportation enterprises in Hebei Province, the current situationof energy consumption and carbon emissions, summarizes the existing problems aboutthe low-carbon development.Thirdly, this paper selects main influence factors about low-carbon developmentof the highway passenger transportation enterprises in Hebei Province from threeaspects: enterprise, economy and society by using SPSS software and using factoranalysis method, explains the contribution of main influence factors in detail, buildslow-carbon development evaluation index system, assesses the low-carbondevelopment of the highway passenger transportation enterprises in Hebei Province. Finally, this paper puts forward the feasible contermeasures for low-carbondevelopment of the highway passenger transportation enterprises in Hebei Provincefrom three aspects: the social public, enterprises and government.
