A Research On Building Tourism Supply Chain Coordination Mechanism Based On Industrail Converdence

In recent years, the development of information technology and government policiespromote the integration of tourism and other industries, under the background of theindustrial convergence, what happened in the tourism supply chain model, what chaincoordination problems exist and how to solve the new situation emerging tourism supplychain become urgent problems to be solved. Based on the tourism supply chain operationmodel, the paper builds a diversified tourism supply chain coordination mechanism withthe Game theory and Coordination theory, then puts forward tourism supply chainoptimization measures so as to create a new direction for the tourism supply chainresearch.First of all, the paper explained the background, significance, summary, contents andmethods of the research, and summarized the related concepts and the basic theories inorder to provide basis and direction for the latter research.Secondly, according to the development of convergence motivation, basic types andeconomic effects analyzed the macro industrial environment of tourism supply chain;combining the background of the tourism cross-industry integration, basic types andmotives stated the micro industry environment of the tourism supply chain; and combiningthe macro and micro background analyzed the traditional model evolution of tourismsupply chain so as to propose a new tourism supply chain operation model, and putforward some coordination issues which may exists on the new model for the nextcoordination chapter.Thirdly, basing on the tourism supply chain coordination problems, the paper gavethe main coordination body of tourism supply chain which are tourism enterprise groupsand the government and local authorities; by the way, from the perspective of tourismsupply chain operation, the paper proposed the basic coordinate elements such as productflow, cash flow, information flow et. then built diversified coordination mechanism basedon products, information and benefits.Finally, the paper proposed whole optimization countermeasures and strategies basedon the industrial convergence from five aspects, including improving macro and micro tourism industrial environment, perfecting related policies and regulations, innovatingtourism supply chain management methods and improving the stability of tourism supplychain internal coordination.
