Research On Constitution System Of Generic Technology Of Logistics Industry

Logistics industry is an emerging industry of composite service that includestraditional industries, such as transport, warehousing, freight forwarding industries,information industry and so on, thus it is an important part of the national economy.Development of the logistics industry is playing an important role in adjusting theindustrial structure, increasing employment opportunities, transforming the mode ofeconomic development, promoting production and consumption, enhancing thecompetitiveness of the national economy.Compared with advanced international service level of logistics industry, there isstill a large difference in China. There are several problems in existing enterprises,which are mainly manifested that existing logistics enterprises generally are small scale,research inputs and innovation capacity are insufficient, innovation focus is nothighlighted, technology innovation activities more concentrated on individualtechnology of traditional links, and focuses on technology change and processinnovation, while there is no systemic consideration for the basic technology thatsupport the whole industry development from overall industrial perspective, which ledto slow upgrading of industry and weak competitiveness. For those servers supportingand promoting of technology, the technology that are capable of supporting and drivingindustrial development is named General technology in the economic growth model.Then the research of domestic and foreign scholars on research mainly focused on theconcept, characteristics of generic technology and roles of the Government, but littleresearch on choosing and identifying generic technology, particularly on serviceindustries, especially generic technology of the logistics industrial. Therefore, it iscritical for the construction and promotion of industrial technology innovation capacitystudy generic technology of the logistics industry as a whole.This paper researches on the constitution system of generic technology oflogistics industry. Firstly, based on reviewing domestic and foreign literature, thispaper analyses the generality of logistics techniques, and defines concept andcharacteristics of logistics generic technology, which form the basis for follow-upresearch. Secondly, based on "three chain analysis method", from three perspective ofindustry chain, and value chain, and technology chain of logistics industry, we deeplyanalyze the technology problem and its needs in the process of development of logistics industry respectively from internal core enterprise and external collaborativeof logistics industry chain, describes the main task and trend of technologydevelopment of logistics industry. Thirdly, from generic technology with the stage,accordingly to different developing types of the logistics technology, it is classified,then we study the structure of generic technology of logistics industry, including themethodology of logistics, technology of logistics standardization, technology oflogistics equipment, information technology of logistics, technology of logisticscontainer, analyze composition and distribution of logistics generic technology andtake an simple analysis of example. Lastly, this paper establishes index evaluationsystem of generic technology of logistics industry using AHP, determines the levels ofweight in evaluation guidelines system, builds grey-fuzzy multi-factorial evaluationmodel in the layer evaluation guidelines to measure logistics generic technology, andthe data is obtained through the method of expert investigation, therefore, the paperdetermines whether ten logistics technology that we choosed are identified withlogistics generic technology.Through our research, It’s a theoretical and practical significance for choosinggeneric technology, technology upgrading and technology innovation in the future.
