At present, economic globalization, market fierce competition, social pluralism,customer needs diversification and a personalized trend more and more obvious, andnew technologies are continuously being updated, the long-term planned economicsystem has resulted in military management level generally lagged behind. Militaryand Civilian Converged Enterprise the military-industrial enterprises to civilianproduction of the transition, and therefore are faced with many of the reform anddevelopment of the issue. Military Enterprises in the civilian production in transitionprocess in the product structure, funding, management, and other issues, asdemonstrated in the product structure are reasonable, and it is difficult to adapt tomarket changes in the demand structure, insufficient capital investment, product lackof economies of scale and marketing relative backwardness, business marketingstrategy is not scientific. Along with the country’s political and economic reform,market-oriented has become many economies in transition background Chinaenterprises, especially for successful Business Practice Guidelines. To that end, as aresult of marketing innovation, marketing environment is changing the background,military industrial enterprises in both military and civilian reintegration process, howto adhere to market-oriented, it would be worth exploring.This document take Yunnan North Chihong-photovoltaic company for example,on the international and domestic market-oriented research results, and to explain theon the basis of the concept, and describes the military industrial enterprisescivil-military integration in practice both at home and abroad, as well as ourmilitary-industrial military integration of widespread problems. Then introduce thebasic situation of Yunnan North Chihong-photovoltaic company, use SWOT tools toanalyze the company’s civil-military integration of development, in accordance withmarket-oriented3-dimensional-customer-orientation, competitor orientation,cross-functional coordination analysis of the Company’s military integration problems.Finally, in response to the problems of civil-military integration forChihong-photovoltaic company, from customer-orientation, competitor orientation,and cross-functional coordination3-dimensional has developed recommendations forcountermeasures, and the implementation of Security measures.
