Analysis Of Land Use Changes And Driving Factors In Tongjiang

Along with world environment variety research of thorough development, the scholars of all countries to recognize, on the development and utilization of land and the land cover change, is the main reason of global change. Therefore land use change research become world environment variety of hot issue, be subjected to scholars of all countries’ deep concern.In recent years, the study on dynamic change of land use in the developed areas to study more, economy owes the developed area of land use status is less, especially low mountain mound region. This paper choose the Daba Mountains in south of Tongjiang County as the research object, from the present situation of land use, the amount of land use change and land use change in Tongjiang County from1997to2008, analysis the situation of land utilization, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods analysis of the impact of the regional land use change and driving factors, find out the driving force of land use change, driving mechanism of land use change. Draw the following conclusions:(1)Tongjiang County in1997～2008of each land use type produced bigger change, the decrease of the cultivated land to construction land transfer mainly. In eleven years, cultivated land, garden, grasslands and unused land area decreases, the reduction of cultivated land area the biggest, achieves2061.83hm2, grasslands reduced area of the smallest, is only36.53hm2. Forest land, residential and industrial land, traffic land and water area are increased, which increases the largest area of forest land, achieves5002.43hm2, water area increases the minimum, is only8.57hm2.(2)In1997-2008years, Tongjiang County land utilization dynamic changes. Quantitative characteristics of amplitude changes reflect, agricultural land and construction land use change greatly. The cultivated land reduction in amplitude of3.54, garden reduction in amplitude of6.32, residential and industrial land increased1.63, traffic land increase of15.96, waters changes small, only0.11; dynamic degree reflect, construction land change speed is the largest, followed by cultivated land and garden, water changes minimum speed, only0.01. Characteristics show that the region is in the period of adjustment or recession.(3)Through the driving force analysis,the study on the regional land use change is the main drive element that socioeconomic factors. The effects of land use changes in the main driving factors are factors of economic development, the adjustment of economic structure factors and population factors; effects of garden use change and driving factors are the factors of economic development, economic structural adjustment factors and the lives of the people level factors; affecting traffic land use change driving factors are the factors of economic development, economic structure adjustment factor, the lives of the people level factor and the Social technology progress factors. These factor common function drive the county land of Tongjiang county to make use of variety of degree and direction.
