Study On Cultivated Land Resources Allocation And Spatial Distribution In Land Use Planning

Faced with the increasing severe population-food-resources-environment challenges,the optimization allocation of cultivated land and its pattern has attracted all attention.Cultivated land, as the carrier of human survival and development, is an importantguarantee for the sustainable development in our society and the index distribution andspatial layout is one of the key issues which affect the sustainable development of thecounty.This study takes the cultivated land protection as a starting point, based onsummarizing the previous research, adopting resource niche into establishing model ofcultivated land protection, achieve Feixiang county resource values through calculation,calculate resource competition offset value using resources score as weight, thendeterminate configuration of index of cultivated land of townships in Feixiang county. Thespatial quality of cultivated land distribution system was established based ondetermination of configuration of cultivated land in towns, quantitative distributecultivated land resource on space distribution for planning period, and offer suggestionstarget for Feixiang county in cultivated land protection. The main conclusions are asfollows:(1)Introducing the resource position theory and the resource position is divided intohuman resources position, capital resources,basic conditions of agricultural resourcesposition, natural resources according to its hiberarchy, and select the agriculturalworkers,labour education level,labor income ratio of urban and rural residents,investmentin fixed assets of agriculture, the total power of agricultural machinery,application amountof chemical fertilizer, agricultural plastic film, the application amount of pesticide,effective irrigation rate, the reserve of cultivated land area,output value per unit area ofagriculture,forest coverage rate per unit area of agriculture, agricultural output value perunit area, agricultural output value accounted for the total production, constructedevaluation index system.of cultivated land regional resources position in Feixiang county.(2) According to the regional land resources bit index system, the number ofindicators constructed area of arable land allocation model to calculate scores farmlandresources and determine the township farmland resources Feixiang offset competition,combined with the township Feixiang2009and2020the amount of cultivated landsuperiors issued to Feixiang farmland protection indicators, allocation amount of cultivated land resources was calculated in Feixiang County after comprehensive analysis, reached aconclusion that the amount of cultivated land distribution in Fei Xiang Town,Tian TaishanTown,Mao Yanbao Township,Jiu Dian Township,Xin Anzhen Township,Tun ZhuangyingTownship,Dong Zhangbao Township, Da Xihan Township,Yuan Gu Township were5435.59hm2、4689.22hm2、3644.31hm2、3496.17hm2、4385.78hm2、4156.95hm2、4059.53. hm2、4443.80hm2、4105.09hm2in2020.(3) Using the regional cultivated land niche theory, based on determining the quotaallocation quantity of township land,combined with the classification theory andclassification data of agricultural land,using the AHP to selecte eight impact factors ofnatural conditions and social economic conditions in Feixiang County, and take the plots asthe evaluation unit to distribute cultivated land quality spatially in Feixiang County, andthe score is calculated according to the Feixiang County cultivated land comprehensivequality, Cultivated land is divided into level one, level two, level three according to thescore of Feixiang County, statistic different cultivated land quantity and formulateregulations,one level, two level, three level of cultivated land area were25842.87hm2,6545.49hm2,6028.08hm2.Feixiang located in Taihang piedmont area of the county most in the plain areas, thenumber of cultivated land resources through Feixiang configuration and spatial distributionstudies analyzed, the piedmont area cities and counties to conduct similar research hasguiding significance.
