Rural Environment Carrying Capacity Evaluation In Jiangsu Province And Promotion Measures

With the gradually attention the state aim in agriculture and the construction of new socialist countryside, the rural areas have made remarkable achievements in economic, social, cultural and other aspects. But it has also brought serious environmental problems. Harmony between man and nature of the situation is being broken. Rural environmental capacity is limited, only the human development activities on the environment than the environment can bear, its development will be a coordinated and sustainable development. We research on environmental carrying capacity is to research on the relationship between the impact of human activities on the environment and the environment bearing capacity. Through the research on the bearing capacity of environment, we can know the relationship between regional economic development and environmental protection, promote the coordinated development of development and environmental protection and achieve the concept of scientific development.The article analysis and summary of the previous research results and discuss the connotation and development process of the environmental carrying capacity in detail based on the scientific outlook on development theory as the instruction. On this basis, we put forward the model of evaluation index system and combined weights quantitative calculation of rural environmental carrying capacity. We calculate the rural environment comprehensive carrying capacity and natural resources, social resources and economic resources of the environmental carrying capacity from2006to2010in the rural area of Jiangsu Province.Conclusion the interview in this paper:Environmental carrying capacity of the comprehensive rural environment of Jiangsu province is the state of overload, and has exacerbated the trend. Impact of economic and social activities within the region has gradually exceeded the environmental system of accommodation. We should take targeted measures to increase the capacity of the system environment and realize the harmonious development of social economy and ecological environment. Three subsystems of the system of rural environment in Jiangsu Province is overloaded, and has the trend of increasing. The natural resources of the environmental carrying capacity is most serious, the space is to be further narrow. Carrying capacity of economic resources is not optimistic, we need to be paid more attention. Carrying capacity of social resources is just at the edge of the overload, but we also need to take certain measures to Control it.Environmental carrying capacity of rural environment in Jiangsu province is the overload level is mainly caused by three factors, industry factors, institutional factors and the idea factor etc.. The industrial structure is unreasonable, the system is not perfect and the backwardness of idea, these lead people paying more attention in the process of economic development and neglecting environmental protection. We think we can start to put forward relevant measures to improve the level of the rural environmental carrying capacity from the above three aspects.
