The commodity residential investment environment has been divided into macroeconomic environment, social environment, policy and law environment, publicenvironment, natural geographical environment and market competition environment,altogether6environmental standards, and this paper uses factor analysis method toconclude30factors, then selects20key indicators though two rounds of the Delphimethod, then builds the establishment of commodity residential investmentenvironment index system and the index weight distribution with the AHP method;AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are combined to constructthe residential fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the investment environment.20professionals are invitated in the field of construction management and real estateindustry as panel of experts to apply the evaluation model to give fuzzycomprehensive evaluation. Yubei District environmental characteristics can beidentified as: good level (II level), higher than the average level of the main urbanareas, is in the good interval stage of the transition from steady development to arelatively mature stage.
