Innovation is the strategic support and the national economic developmentdirection in the future, to promote the social productive forces and overall nationalstrength. Innovation is the era theme, in this background, up to national, down to theenterprise or person, they are all in the fierce competition trend. The enterprises facewith a pressure, innovation, or be eliminated. As the source of organizationalinnovation performance, employee innovation performance becomes an emphasis ofthe enterprise attention. Whether the employees who have higher creativity will havehigher innovation performance? Which factors would affect the innovationperformance? These questions should be further discussed.The domestic scholars pay more attention to the organizational or groupinnovation performance, though the foreign scholars have realized the importance ofindividual innovation performance, they still not probe the effect of individualfactors. Firstly, the paper distinguishes the concept of creativity, innovationbehavior and the innovation performance, redefines the employee innovationperformance, then uses the literature analysis method, interview method, openquestionnaire to develop the measurement tool, the employee innovationperformance includes innovation action and innovation effect these two dimensions.Secondly, the paper discusses the influence from creativity to employee innovationperformance, and studies the effect of organizational factor incentive match degreeand personal factor organization identity. Finally, the article takes an empiricalresearch, the results show that creativity has a positive effect on employeeinnovation performance, including innovation action and innovation effect;Incentive matching degree of staff creativity is positive to the relationship betweencreativity and employee innovation performance, namely, when the staff’sperception of incentive matching degree is high, creativity has the larger positiveeffect on employee innovation performance; In the relationship between creativityand employee innovation performance, organization identity has significantlypositive function, when employees’ organization identities are high, creativity hasthe larger positive effect on employee innovation performance.This study provides the theory reference and practice guidance for theenterprise’s innovation management. The enterprises can stimulate the employees’creativity from these aspects, such as perfecting organization incentive policy,paying attention to employee individual needs, enhancing organizationalidentification, then enhance the incentive effect and their motivation, facilitate staffinnovation behavior, realize individual innovation performance, so as to promote the organizational innovation performance, enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveability.
