According to the prevailing concept, LCCS, this thesis is presenting optimizationproposals against the issues out of the selected and actual LCCS projects of Company G,with the related supply chain management tools as well as the ones in execution inCompany G considered.The background study of the1stchapter is divided into two sections. Based on thepharmaceutical industry GDP, profit ratio, and foreign investment status, it is turned out agrowing market. Besides, China apparently absolutely has advantage compared with otherLCCS countries from comprehensive factors.In the2ndchapter, there is the definition of LCCS with the related advantages. Forsure, the risk has to be raised along with solutions and some supply chain managementtools, among which there are supplier segment method based on two-dimensional quadrantmethod, supplier quality management method based on KPI method, and total costownership, which are all impact factors to the LCCS.In the3rdchapter, the major content is to bring forward the real issues occurred duringthe actual LCCS projects implementation.In the4thchapter, the major content is to address the issues and propose the feasibleoptimization methods.In the5thchapter, all potential issues concerned with the sustainable development forLCCS in China have been summarized and listed.In the6thchapter, it’s the conclusion to the entire thesis.The thesis is a study based on the real cases of the LCCS projects of Company G,which happened in the pharmaceutical market, to raise the issues and address themaccordingly. Due to time constrain, it’s hard to make deep study upon all other potentialissues, which have been concluded into chapter5and pending to further dig-out andverification through the daily work in the future.
