Research On Credit System Of Construction Enterprise In Beijing

The construction industry is a pillar industry in national economy, playing a big role inboosting economy, improving infrastructure, increasing employment and promoting living quality.The credibility system of construction industry makes up an important link in social credibilitysystem.The paper studies on the credit system of construction enterprise and the evaluation indexsystem of credit in Beijing,and make a case analysis.The paper first construction credit system through comparison and analysis of influencingfactors at home and abroad，including social environment,the legal system and evaluation systemetc.Secondly, the paper studies the basic credibility theory and compares development ofcredibility system between domestic and abroad. Integrated with the current situation ofconstruction market in Beijing, the operation mechanism of credibility system of Beijing issmoothed out.Thirdly, aiming at build up a credibility assessment model of construction enterprises inBeijing, a series of assessment targets are selected and nondimensionalized, weight system amongthe targets is set up subsequently by employing Analytic Hierarchy Process method. Finally, twoenterprises in the construction industry in Beijing are taken for example to prove the rationalityand applicability of the assessment model.
