With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,knowledge transfer and diffusion are accelerated,and the life cycle of service products is increasingly shortened.In this context,new service development is increasingly critical to the improvement of financial performance and competitive advantage of enterprises.As a key factor to promote service innovation and performance improvement,knowledge sharing has gradually become an important research topic in the academic community.In the turbulent market environment,most enterprises focus on the external knowledge search and other aspects,but lack of attention to the knowledge sharing behavior among the members of the organization.And those excellent enterprises,without exception,emphasize internal knowledge management.So,how does the enterprise that keeps innovation mechanism apply knowledge management theory to the process of new service development? Can knowledge sharing within an organization effectively improve the performance of new service development? Do different organizational cultures have different effects on knowledge sharing behavior and absorptive capacity? What are the differences? This study aims to provide management reference and guidance by building a model of the relationship between knowledge sharing,absorptive capacity and new service development performance,and exploring the regulatory role of organizational culture.Based on a systematic review of research on knowledge sharing,absorptive capacity,organizational culture and new service development performance at home and abroad,this paper collected data from 189 sample enterprises,and analyzed them with spss22.0 and amos24.0 statistical software.The empirical results show that:(1)knowledge sharing has a positive impact on new service development performance;(2)knowledge sharing has a positive impact on absorptive capacity Department;(3)absorptive capacity has a positive impact on new service development performance;(4)absorptive capacity has some intermediary effect between knowledge sharing and new service development performance;(5)organizational culture plays a significant role in regulating knowledge sharing andabsorptive capacity as well as the relationship between absorptive capacity and new service development performance.To sum up,this paper studies knowledge sharing,absorptive capacity and performance of new service development to explore how knowledge sharing behavior in organizations can promote new service development.The conclusion shows that the ability of knowledge sharing and absorption can effectively improve the performance of new service development.By encouraging employees to share explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge,the organization enriches and renews its knowledge base,which lays a strong foundation for the realization of new service development.The conclusion reveals the black box of the influence of knowledge sharing and absorptive capacity on the performance of new service development,successfully verifies the regulatory effect of different dimensions of organizational culture in it,enriches the research on the performance of new service development to a certain extent,and provides management guidance for the practice of guiding service for enterprises.
