| With the coming of the age of experience economy and the rapid development of costaltourism, the competition of seaside tourism destinations have become more and more fierce.Iftourism destinations want to get advantanges in the fierce competition,it is very significant toenhance the experience quality.The study take Dalian that has the best seaside tourism landscapes in the northeast asresearch object.Using the empirical study to analyze the vistors’ experience quality of costaltourism.The research mainly uses fieldword methods and interview methods.On the bases ofthese methods,coupled with advices of experts to design the questionnaires,the paper usesSPSS15.0and EXCEl statistical tools, adopting such as description statistical analysis,factoranalysis,one-way ANOVAL and so on to analyze survey datas.The results showed the impactfactors of visitors’ quality experiences.The four factors are named“the conditions of supplyand receptionâ€,“surroundings and atmospheresâ€,“the level of service and demeanor of therelevant personâ€,“individuals own factorsâ€.The paper uses one-way ANOVA to analyzeindividual properties of different visitors’ experience quality and use paired sample T test toanalyze the gap between the significance of seaside tourism that visitors think and thecontents of the actual travel experiences.The research comes to conclude the sevenindicators,they are called“the clearness and neatness of seaside areas and surroundingsâ€,“theromatic flavors that visitors can experienceâ€,“the perfectness of the reception facilities(suchas toilets,communications,etc.)â€,“the tangible benefits of food pricesâ€,“the comfort andconvenience of trafficâ€,“the reasonable prices of seaside tourism attractionsâ€and“theappropriate number of visitors and the scenic spots that are not crowdedâ€.Finally,the paper,coupled with the empirical findings of study,put forward some relevantrecommendations.For example,Dalian should adjust the prices of scenic spots and foodaccording to the need of visitors,pay attention to the improvement of seaside landscapes andsurroundings,strengthen the reception facilities in the seaside scenic spots, improve the trafficjam;Dalian should strengthen the build of coastal environments and atmospheres and shuoldfurther enhance the educational training of its service level and manners for Dalian relatedservices personnel;Dalian should design personalized seaside tourism products on the basis ofthe characteristics of each segment of the markets;Through refine distinctive experiencetheme, dig deeper into the coastal tourism culture connotation and deepen the experiencedesign details,Dalian shuold make every effort to build experience atmospheres and situationsfor visitors.Though these advices,it can enhance the tourism experience quality and the rate ofre-visite and meet the challenges of the era of experience economy. |
