Using Lishu Village fixed observationrelated data from2008to2012, comparative analysis, find the gap of per capita netincome of farmers in Shaxian County and transverse, revealing the problems. UsingSWOT method to analyse the Lishu Village farmers of internal and externalenvironment, and on the basis of the Lishu Village farmers continued to increase theopportunities and threats, it’s own advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, byincreasing financial investment, accelerate the urbanization and new industrialization,the adjustment of agricultural structure, the development of rural economiccooperation organization, reduce farmer burden and increase the income of thefarmers, so that a continuous increase in rural incomes become possible.
