After ten years of development, for now, the auto parts market has replaced the state-owned or collective auto parts dealers, to become the main service channel in the field of circulation of automobile fittings in China. According to relevant statistics, there’re about600auto parts markets in China and the number is sharply increasing. But overall, the auto parts market still has the characteristics of pedlars’ market. In addition, the substandard management and disorderly competition in the auto parts market somewhere have made the survival and development environment more difficult. In this context, it’s necessary to establish the promotion center of commercial vehicle parts and components industry in China in order to regulate and coordinate the relationship between the government and the auto parts production enterprises, to promote the industrial cluster and to improve the RD capability of the automobile parts and components industry, and then to enhance the level of the development of the automobile industry.The position of the promotion center is a trade service center of commercial vehicle and auto parts that characterized by trading, supply, logistics distribution, and exhibition and consulting of the commercial vehicle and auto parts. It will be a multifunctional, international and modern commercial vehicle parts and components industrial city that has the largest scale, the most full-featured functions and latest models in China.The purpose of this paper is to introduce the necessary and benefits of the establishment of the promotion center, and to probe into the position and the economic benefits and then to come up with the relevant financing arrangements.Financial problems are inevitable in the development of enterprise. But we lack of experience in the field of construction project right now, especially for those project that have wide range and strong professionalism-the promotion center, for example. We discuss the establishment of the promotion center of the commercial vehicle parts and components industry here in order to make up for lack of experience of financial arrangement in those projects.
