Being as the earliest and one of the most important Non-ferrous metals base in China, SCorporation has becoming a large group which covered the area of Non-ferrous, Chemical aswell as Machinery, after half century of construction.During the period of the fifty years, S corporation has got its own culture with distinctivefeature. In hope of being larger and stranger, S corporation changed its strategy, and began toclose some non-core business.The previous achievement on culture construction has made good base for the change ofstrategy. But under the new condition, problems of the culture have come out, such as the lackof institutionalize, and weak in execution. To face the problems, S corporation relocated itsculture, made a new design and innovation, in hope of adapting the new period.In the section of case introductory, writer described the current situation of corporateculture, as well as its advantages and shortages. According to the shortages, S Corporationcarried out a series of innovation.In the case study section, modern management principles and corporate culture theory isused, and with the cultural background of business innovation and strategic changing,analyzed the background, process, feature and effect, as well the reason of its success.At last, the paper drew a conclusion by revelation from innovation of S Corporation, inhope of provide a case and sample for other companies.
