With the economic development, Chinese higher education has entered public educationstage, while the new graduates’ obtaining job be harder and harder is becoming a socialissue since there is trend that more and more graduates from the college each year. With thegovernment regulation support, led by the college, founding an undertaking activity hasalready been one of the main solutions on the issue. Founding an undertaking activity is kindof trial to apply the theory into the practice, its’ meaning has exceed this mode itself since itis a new choice which showed the positive to compete in the society. The success casesabound the theory continuously, and meanwhile the mode of founding an undertaking activityturn to be rational. More and more Entrepreneurship Competitions create opportunities to thestudent to practice, and then the practice provides material for the theory study ofentrepreneurship.This text take the result of GMC Entrepreneurship Competitions as the study sample todiscuss the Relationship among College students’ entrepreneurial team heterogeneity, businessstrategy and team performance. We first review the related theory study, and take its’ studymethod as reference. Based on the theory study, we draw the key study elements; clarify therelation of all the elements. Second, according to the existed conclusion of theory study,combine with the culture background of our country, we define the study element, raise theresearch dimension, model relationship among College students’ Entrepreneurial TeamHeterogeneity business Strategy and Team Performance, raise the assumption of study. Third,based on the deduction, select the variable force related to the information of the study sample,use the software to analyze and prove the data. Finally, we discuss on the conclusion and thereason, and then identify the text’s meaning in theory and practice.Here we use the method of theory studying and case studying, screened out221pieces ofinformation sample, and examined the assumption by SPSS19.0, following conclusions areindicated by the result:1. The rate of capital return will be little influenced by the heterogeneity of sex; howeverit is boosted by the heterogeneity of subject; meanwhile it is influenced positively by theheterogeneity of grade.2. The team with high heterogeneity of major and grade has morestrong capability of research and development; the team with high heterogeneity of majoralways has lower proportion of fixed assets and asset-liability ratio;3.Under the certain scaleof enterprise, on condition that considering the investment of the advertisement only, strongereffect of advertisement creates worse team performance; under the situation of considering the none-sales cost, the effect of advertisements will influence the team performancepositively; similarly, the stronger research and development will make better teamperformance; only more investment of fixed-asset will decrease the team performance; underthe situation of considering the none-sale cost, more investment of fixed-asset will notinfluence the team performance; high rate of none-sale cost lead to worse team performance;4. Business strategy partly plays the role of medium between the Heterogeneity and Teamperformance.
