Study On The Relationship Among College Students’ Entrepreneurial Team Heterogeneity,Team Atmosphere And Entrepreneurial Performance

As an important group in “public entrepreneurship and innovation”,the college students’ entrepreneurial team plays an important role in alleviating the severe employment situation.In recent years,to encourage college students to start their business,many colleges and universities have established the college student incubator base,and have emerged a number of typical successful business.Research shows that college students entrepreneurial team is unique,and the entrepreneurial achievements can not be underestimated.The influence of team heterogeneity on entrepreneurial performance is significant.Therefore,the research on the heterogeneity of college students’ entrepreneurial team has become an important theory and practical subject for the head of the team,business managers and experts.In order to study the effect of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity on entrepreneurial performance,the college students’ entrepreneurial team is selected as the research object.According to the existing research,combined with the particularity of the college students’ entrepreneurial team,the team heterogeneity is divided into grade heterogeneity,professional heterogeneity,heterogeneity of cognition.The entrepreneurial performance is divided into two dimensions: innovation performance and growth performance.Then,the team atmosphere is introduced as an intermediary variable,and the structural equation model is used to carry out empirical research.The main problems of the empirical analysis include: The first is whether the heterogeneity of the team has an impact on the performance of entrepreneurship;The second is whether the team atmosphere has an impact on the entrepreneurial performance;The third is whether the heterogeneity has an impact on the team atmosphere;The fourth is whether the team atmosphere is as an intermediary role in the study.The results show that:(1)There is a direct or indirect positive impact between the grade heterogeneity,professional heterogeneity,heterogeneity of cognition,and innovation and growth performance;(2)The team atmosphere also has a positive impact on the innovation and growth performance;(3)The grade heterogeneity,professional heterogeneity,heterogeneity of cognition has a positive impact on team atmosphere;(4)The research proves that the team atmosphere is the mediator variable in this paper.Finally,based on the above conclusions,this paper from two aspects to give suggestions on how to improve the entrepreneurial performance of college students : selecting the heterogeneity of the team and creating a harmonious team atmosphere.
