After two years of transition and turning, the current talents scale and structure far cannot satisfy the needs of business development and realizing the goal of the twelfth five-year plan.This paper will analyze this company proposed photovoltaic system integration strategy, combined with the current structure of talents and company current talent development environment, then propose the strategies about how to achieve photovoltaic system integration business development goals, and what the company should perfect and improve in talent team construction work, to ensure the realization of twelfth five-year strategy.
