| With the rapid development of economic globalization and knowledge-basedeconomy, the strategic emerging industries have now become the important toolwith which the countries in the world promoted industrial structure optimizationand upgrading and economic growth mode transformation. In the complicatedvariable market competition environment, China’s strategic emerging industrieswill directly face the competitive pressure from the international market. Facingto the continuous inflexion of many international advanced technology, not onlydo China’s strategic emerging industries continue to consolidate its leadingadvantage, but also continue to cultivate and develop the industrial dynamic corecompetencies, and then continue to upgrade the industry comprehensiveadvantage in the future development process. In order to better clear strategicemerging industry characteristics and the level of the comprehensive advantagesand promote the sustained and rapid development of strategic emergingindustries effectively, the need to establish a set of evaluation system ofstrategic emerging industry comprehensive advantage.Firstly, based on a comprehensive analysis and commentary on thetheoretical and empirical research of strategic emerging industries, industrialcompetitiveness and competitive advantage and industry competitivenessevaluation, the paper scientifically defines strategic emerging industries leadingadvantage, dynamic core competencies and comprehensive advantage, analysesthe typical leading advantage emphatically and revealed the formationmechanism of industry dynamic core competencies and its evolution law.Secondly, based on the comprehensive advantages development mainline of theregional strategic emerging industries, the paper constructs the comprehensiveadvantages evaluation indexes system from the four dimensions of base advantage, development potentiality, export-oriented degree and developmentenvironment. Then the paper designs the comprehensive evaluation method ofthe comprehensive advantages based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodand integrated evaluation results using of clustering analysis. At last, the paperconducts the empirical evaluation research of comprehensive advantages with theresearch object of13sample areas of Aeronautics and Astronautics devicemanufacturing and proposed the development of recommendations. The purposeof this study is to provide theoretical support and decision-making reference toaccurately grasp the development trend and level of comprehensive advantages,layout and development strategy of scientific development of strategic emergingindustries. |
