Linwu Shunhua Duck Company is a large enterprise in agricultural food industryin Hunan. It founded in1999. As a larger scale and long history agricultural foodenterprise, facing the keen competition in the same industry, accompanyingcompetitors to join, as well as the threshold of food safety and quality graduallyincrease, this industry updates more quickly. In this situation, some enterprises that hasa low level management, has some old-time equipment, and product quality are notstable will gradually be eliminated. In order t o cope with the enormous pressure tosurvive, the enterprise must use all kinds of resources to improve the marketcompetitiveness of products.This paper was based on the above background, making full use of theoreticalresearch and empirical research combined, elaborated the necessity and the practicalsignificance for the company implementing quality improvement management. At thesame time, in order to ensure that the improvement programs can be adapted to thecompany’s development, and better using newer research, the paper has a large numberof literature researches on the theory of quality management’s meaning, developmentphase, quality management theory and so on. On the basis of theoretical research, thispaper had undertook thorough research on development, organizational structure,corporate culture, and multi-project management current situation for the company, putforward on problems of quality management for the company, on a combination of theabove theoretical research and practical analysis, this paper put forward systemimprovement programs by closely attaching to problems for the enterprise. Theimproved program contains five aspects, such as dynamic quality analysis. Finally, inorder to ensure the scheme implemented effectively, combining with the currentsituation and strategic needs for the company, this paper introduces the implementationsteps, and put forward the measures improvement required for supporting the scheme.Comprehensive quality management could bring economic benefit, enterpriseculture and other aspects of the harvest for the company, complying improving itsproduct quality management level.
