Study On Farmers’ Income Of Three Coordinated Development In Central Plains Economic Region

Farmers’ income has been the rapid development of China’s economy must face an enormous challenge. Since the new century,"three rural" issues has become focus of economic work in our country. The report of the18th CPC National Congress highlighted, to focus on the promotion of farmers’income, to maintain sustained and rapid growth of farmers’income. The academia has achieved fruitful results about study on farmers’income, but most scholars study focused on the issue in the national scope of this macro, the Central Plains Economic Region on the few studies. Central Plains Economic Region has its unique geographical and resource advantages, and the State Council approved the "Central Plains Economic Region Planning" to enhance the Central Plains Economic Region in the country’s strategic position in the development pattern. To achieve the modernization of the Central Plains Economic Zone, must implement the "three" of sustainable development, and increase farmers’ income for the Central Plains Economic Zone "three" coordinated development has a certain practical significance.For the Study on Farmers’Income of Three Coordinated Development in Central Plains Economic Region, the main body of the Central Plains Economic Region in Henan Province as the research object, using DEA to analysis the current situation of "three" coordinated development in Central Plains Economic Region. It is found that current "three" lower level in a relatively uncoordinated development stage. Use SPSS analysis software to analysis the relationship between the "three" and farmers’ income and the factors affecting farmers’income. The results showed that the "three" and the income of the farmers there is a positive correlation, and factors affecting Three industrial output value, urbanization, agricultural expenditure, rural industrialization, farmers private fixed-asset investment, agriculture and many other factors openness.Finally, concluding the whole article, proposed to speed up the "three" coordinated development countermeasures under the farmers’ income,including increase investment in human capital, continuously improve the quality of rural population, deepening reform, promote the development of urbanization process, just as household registration system, employment system, the social security system and public service system innovation adjusting agricultural structure, vigorously develop science and technology, taking the road of industrial modernization, building a modern industrial system.
