Study On The Evaluation Of Development Level Of Science And Technology Service Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Enter21st century, the knowledge economy is coming which promotes theperfect union of scientific and economy. Below the big setting of global economicintegration, the science and technology service industry gradually develops anindependent innovation industry. This industry is the primary impetus behind theeconomy development. As a comprehensive department of scientific and economy,the science and technology service industry can help us to promote the progress ofsociety, accelerate economic growth, promote the transformation of economicdevelopment mode, improve the scientific and technological innovation system andalleviate the employment pressure. In the developed countries, the science andtechnology service industry is starting to take shape, however, in china the industry isstill in its infancy. At the same time, the studies about the industry are not profoundenough which include the related theory, statistical classification and investigationdata. In such a situation, we should study deeply and promote the development of thewhole industry in its theory.This article is based on theoretical research results at home and abroad, aroundthe center theme of developing external the science and technology service industryin Heilongjiang province. Then we do research about the existing condition of theindustry. In the progress of research, we take the method which includes qualitativeand quantitative research. Firstly, according to the demographics in the past years,the existing condition of science and technology service industry in Heilongjiangprovince is illustrated. Secondly, we analyze the industry’s problem. At the sametime, a set of effectiveness assessment index system is constructed according to theevaluating principle. Based on this, the ranking of Heilongjiang province in all of thecountry is analyzed with the factor analysis method. At last, we set forward ourproposition about the current problem. This research finally wants to explore the rank of science and technologyservice industry of Heilongjiang province compared to each national province, city,and autonomous region. Besides this, we also explore the mainly impact factors ofthe science and technology service industry, which provides a theoretical basis andreference.
