Research On Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of The Competitiveness Of Science And Technology Service Industry Cluster In Hubei Province

In recent years,China has attached great importance to the development of science & technology service industry and science & technology service industry clusters.Vigorously developing industrial clusters of science & technology services is an effective way for Hubei Province to enhance its scientific and technological innovation capabilities and regional economic strength.It is also an inevitable choice for Hubei Province to stimulate the rise of central China and reflect its role as a strategic pivot.This thesis studies the evaluation and promotion strategies of the competitiveness of science & technology service industry clusters in Hubei Province in order to clarify the deficiencies of the development of science and technology service industry clusters in Hubei Province and hopes to propose some countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of Hubei's science & technology service industry clusters.Firstly,based on industrial cluster theory and technology service industry theory,this thesis expounds the concept and characteristics of industrial clusters,the connotation and evaluation methods of industrial cluster competitiveness,and the concept and characteristics of industrial clusters of science & technology services.Secondly,after analyzing the influencing factors of the competitiveness of science & technology service industry clusters,this thesis constructs the science & technology service industry cluster competitiveness evaluation system from five levels: industrial cluster scale competitiveness,industrial cluster market competitiveness,industrial cluster innovation competitiveness,industrial cluster environmental competitiveness,and industrial agglomeration network competitiveness.Then,this thesis takes the three high-tech zones of Donghu High-tech Zone,Xiangyang High-tech Zone,and Yichang High-tech Zone as examples,conducts questionnaire surveys in the three high-tech zones and applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the competitiveness of science & technology service industry cluster in Hubei Province.After analysis,it was found that the competitiveness of Hubei's science & technology service industry clusters level was normal,and there were still deficiencies in marketability,innovation capability,industrial environment,and industrial cluster network construction.Finally,aiming at these deficiencies,this thesis proposes some suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of science & technology service industry cluster in Hubei Province.
