Appropriateness Study Of Rural Social Endowment Insurance And Economic Development

The development of human beings on the earth, as well as other creatures, experienced a process of "survival of the fittest". The history of the social security system, in particular, reflects the policy system to adapt to the laws of political, economy and social cultural environment. Generally speaking, if the social security development adapt to the country’s economic environment, it can not only guarantee citizens’basic right to life, but also promote the harmonious development of the country’s economic and social health; Vice versa, it will exacerbate social problems, affect the government’s credibility, and bad to the national’s stability and unity.Since China’s reform and opening up, China has got a rapid economic development, it’s GDP maintained a double-digit annual growth for many years, it cannot be ignored in western countries. With the rapid development of economy, fiscal revenue increased at all levels, the ability of government to improve public goods and services is greatly increased, the current number of people joined in the rural social endowment system has more than three hundred million people. Besides of the great achievements, the social endowment insurance in our country has great structural imbalances. Different regions and industries has great differences in the pension distribution. The process of rural social endowment insurance system development and reform is slow than of the urban places. The eighteenth meeting of the communists produced a new government in our country. In many important occasions, chairman Xi stressed that leaders should pay close attention to people’s life, guarantee the fairness and justice around the country. Also should adapt the rural social endowment insurance system to national political and economic environment, making all the farmers share the achievement of our development.In this thesis, I mainly analyzed the appropriateness of rural social endowment insurance and economic development, from perspective of the farmers’social endowment insurance expends ability and the treatment level. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly introduced the research background and significance, current research on related issues at home and abroad, also perspective of this article, research methods and theoretical basis. The second, third and fourth chapter is main body of the thesis, introduced GDP, fiscal revenue, changes of income and consumption in the rural places, also analyzed the development of rural social endowment system. Through comparison of them, try to figure out whether they have kept the same pace in developing and the problems in it. In the fifth chapter, i raised some Suggestions to resolve the problems.In all this thesis, the author abandoned the regular way of firstly figure out the existing level of rural social insurance and than compare it with the moderate range, trying to clear out rural residents income and pension spending in the microscopic angle, by comparing the different period of rural social endowment insurance expends and benefits and the economic development indicators, the relationship between judge and economic development to adapt to it or not. In the process of thesis writing, the author consult a large amount of data and information, but there are still many shortcomings. First of all, this article only studied from the perspective of rural social endowment insurance payment and treatment to research its adaptability with economic development; Secondly, this article can’t detail all situations in China, just took Dalian as an example. In addition, because of many differences between Chinese and others in ideology and culture, this paper does not contain comparative analysis.
