Study On The Construction Of Innovative City In Henan Province

Innovation-oriented city is a new mode of urban development or developmentconcept, its ultimate goal of development is to achieve long-term sustainabledevelopment and economic growth of the city,at the same time transform the economicgrowth way of the city.Currently part of the country has entered the ranks of innovativecountries in the world, China has also put forward the development strategy of buildingan innovative country..Henan Province is located in central China inland, Whether it is in the nationaldevelopment strategies or in the regional development strategy plays an important role.especially the introduction of planning of the Central Plains Economic Zone, HenanProvince was placed in a more prominent position.In recent years, with aninnovation-oriented country as a national strategy, a number of cities in Henan Provincealso proposed building an innovative city as its development goals.This paper combinedwith Henan Province key soft science research project (112400420046), to study theinnovation-oriented city in Henan Province.In this paper, on the basis of the literature study first to evaluate the overall conditionof the domestic and international innovation-oriented city,and constructed the theoreticalframework from the main body,environment,content,of the innovative city in HenanProvince;Then established the evaluation index system of innovation-oriented city, andcollect indicator data of18cities in Henan Province, the first use of factor analysis toanalyze the data to calculate the score and ranking of each city, and then use clusteranalysis to classify all cities;Finally, in connection with the difficulties and problems inbuilding innovation-oriented city in Henan Province, some suggestion was proposed inthis paper.
