With the increasingly significant problem that the flow of human resourcesinfluences economic growth in the underdeveloped areas in recent years, it is notonly an economic issue, but also a social problem to a greater extent. Therefore,theresearch of how the flow of human resources affects economic growth is extremelyimportant to both economic growth and social harmony in underdeveloped areas.By analyzing foreign theory research about relevant human resources flow andits influence on economic growth, some relevant research results and main problemscan be summed up. The conclusion that related research of current human resourcesflow influence the economic growth mainly concentrated in foreign countries anddomestic study of such is relatively limited can be concluded by analyzing thedomestic related theory that human resources flow influence the economic growth.Therefore, to study the effects of economic growth caused by human resources flowin the perspective of China’s underdeveloped areas has the vital significance. Bydefining the relevant concepts and selecting the quantity, quality, direction indicatorsof human resources flow and GDP, per capita GDP index based on the specialgeographical and humanistic environment, to analyze the impact of human resourceflowing mechanism of economic growth underdeveloped areas. Correspondingtheoretical assumptions are put forward on the basis of theoretical analysis.Thorough the work of above and the manipulation of data from the Chinastatistical yearbook, corresponding indicator data can be get. And then carry on theempirical analysis by putting the data into the linear regression model for humanresource flow’s influence on economic growth. Main problems existing in economicgrowth affected by human resources flow can be obtained according to the analysisof empirical conclusions. Method and the suggestion to promote the rational flow ofhuman resources in less developed areas is put forward on the special geographicaland cultural environment in less developed areas aiming at the main problems. Thiscan provide a useful reference for the relevant macro economic decision-making.
