And then carry on theempirical analysis by putting the data into the linear regression model for humanresource flow’s influence on economic growth. Main problems existing in economicgrowth affected by human resources flow can be obtained according to the analysisof empirical conclusions. Method and the suggestion to promote the rational flow ofhuman resources in less developed areas is put forward on the special geographicaland cultural environment in less developed areas aiming at the main problems.
