Research Of The Development Of Tourism Resources Of Japanese Less Developed Areas

Along with the development of economic globalization,regional development gets more attention,especially enhancing the economic development of underdeveloped areas which has already become the economic intervention policies in so many countries.For the developed country like Japan,whose economy has entered the phase of steadily increasing after the Oil Crisis,the issue of the development of underdeveloped areas just became urgent.And Japan released numbers of policies which promoted the development of these areas.Which means Japan has gained a lot of meaningful experiences in the development of underdeveloped areas,as well as in the development of tourism resources of these areas.As a developing country,China still got a lot of areas which are relatively undeveloped,it will be very positive to the economy of China to promote the development of these areas.The author will deeply analyse the tourism resources development of Japanese underdeveloped areas basing on The Principle of Comparative Advantage and The Principle of Competitive Advantage.And the author will classify the comparative advantages of the tourism resources of Japanese underdeveloped areas by two aspects: resources,capital and technologies.The author will also research how Japan enhanced the competitive advantages during developing the tourism resources of underdeveloped areas from the perspective of culture.Meanwhile,the author will study the government function of Japan in promoting the development of tourism resources of these areas.The author will introduce two cases of the development of tourism resources of Japanese underdeveloped areas: Hokkaido,Shirakawa-Village,and then will summarize the strategies and governmental policies they took.Finally,the author will provide some suggestions to the development of tourism resources of Chinese underdeveloped areas according the analysis of the Japanese cases,also the conclusions in this whole essay.
