Halal food is Muslim beliefs and habits formed national industry and national culture, and it is not only more than10nationalities of daily necessities, such as Hui, Kazak, Uygur, Dongxiang, Sara, Tajik, Kirgiz, Uzbek, Tatar and Baoan,but also the main way that Muslim ethnic economic develpoment. After China became a member of the WTO, especially the implementation of the development of the ethnic culture and prosperity of our strategy, which provides a broader international market space and develpoment opportunities for the development of halal food industry and halal food cultural development. The majority of the Muslim population has choosen halal food industry to development of the local economy, the revitalization of the national economy and the development of ethnic culture industry. In this context, I choose a long history of the HuiMin Street in Xi’an as an object of study to discuss the development of food industry. So it has a certain theoretical and practical significance.Economic vision to grasp the halal food industry development status of HuiMin Street in Xi’an, analysis of the main problems faced in the development of halal food industry in Muslim’s Quarter and explore the factors that restrict the development of Xi’an Muslim food industry through field investigation and understand, taken halal food industry in HuiMin Street in Xi’an as the research object, the system construction as the starting point and end point. On this basis, author try to put forward effective way to promote the development of street halal food industry in Muslim’s Quarter to solve the contradiction, to guide and promote the healthy development of Chinese Muslim halal Food industry and national culture.
