Corporate Ethics may not only influence the normalization of business activities in organizations, but also has a great effect on the behaviors of employees. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is an important voluntary behavior conducted by employees that can improve the effectiveness of an organization. In this research, in order to reveal the mechanism by which employee-focused corporate ethical behavior affects Organizational Citizenship Behavior, I introduced psychological ownership theory and moral identity theory, and I revealed the mechanism from employee-organization fit perspective and psychological cognitive perspective. Using the date from a sample of274employees from several cities in China, we support all the research hypotheses:1) Employee-focused corporate ethical behavior predicts OCB positively;2) Psychological ownership partially mediates the positive relationship between employee-focused corporate ethical behavior and OCB.3) The higher the moral identity of employee, the stronger the positive relationship between employee-focused corporate ethical behavior and OCB.4) Psychological ownership fully mediates the interaction of employee-focused corporate ethical behavior and moral identity on OCB. In the end, we conclude the theoretical and practical meaning of this research, and we point out directions for future research.
