In this study, the Williams Innovation Inclination Questionnaire, the Innovation Behavior Scale and the TCI were used to measure the level of Innovation personality, Innovation Behavior and the Organizational Climates for Innovation among446employees in enterprises. The Innovation personality consists of four factors:risk, curiosity, imagination and challenge; the Innovation behavior consists of two factors: the generating of innovative ideas and the implementation of innovative ideas; the organizational climates for innovation consists of four factors:support for innovation, participative safety, vision and task orientation. In this study, the construct validity and the reliability of the scales was examined. Correlation and regression relationship were analyzed. Finally, the moderating effect was analyzed with hierarchical regression. The results of this study show that:The Innovation Personality with the Innovation behavior had a significant positive correlation. The Organizational Climates for Innovation had a significant moderation between the Innovation personality and the Innovation behavior.(1) The Task Orientation had a significant strengthening moderation between the Imagination and the Generating of Innovative Ideas.(2) The Task Orientation had a significant strengthening moderation between the Risk and the Generating of Innovative Ideas.(3) The Task Orientation had a significant strengthening moderation between the Challenge and the Implementation of Innovative Ideas.(4) The Task Orientation had a significant strengthening moderation between the Imagination and the Implementation of Innovative Ideas.(5) The Participative Safety had a significant strengthening moderation between the Curiosity and the Implementation of Innovative Ideas.
