At present, China is in the agricultural society to a modern social changes, a large number of farmers into the city to make up the workforce needed to urbanization, but because of China’s urban-rural dual structure, formed between the third between the workers and peasants as-migrant workers. At present, China has nearly200million migrant workers, their economic and social development in China has made great contributions to have a broad impact on society. But the migrant workers living in the city’s status is concerned, most of them have not yet fully integrated into the host city, the people of not completely, or in poverty. In this paper, the people of migrant workers and the intergenerational transmission of poverty issues as the center of the article, first of all know the definition of migrant workers and migrant workers of the concept, general analysis of the intergenerational transmission of poverty and migrant workers the basic characteristics of the establishment of measurement indicators migrant workers and members of the public a measure of the level, statistical analysis of China’s migrant workers in the intergenerational transmission of poverty and the causes of differentiation, and finally for the people of migrant workers to strengthen and intergenerational transmission of poverty, made the relevant policy proposals. The first chapter introduces the problem of migrant workers research background, theoretical and practical significance, followed by the people of migrant workers and on the intergenerational transmission of poverty status of the study were reviewed, and finally made a research framework and research methods, and possible innovations and shortcomings. The second chapter is a basic overview of the issue of migrant workers, mainly for migrant workers, people-oriented and intergenerational transmission of poverty, the definition and interpretation of the concept of migrant workers of the basic situation of the general Category, and briefly discusses the career of the children level of education and vocational skills status, family life with social resources and values of the intergenerational transmission of poverty. The third chapter is the migrant workers to measure the level of the main people of migrant workers to establish a measure of the level indicator system, and the use of entropy, principal component analysis and gray comprehensive evaluation of the level of migrant workers in basic public measurement; Then, using the mean method based on three methods of measuring the results of a comprehensive score, get a combination of evaluation results;the final results of the evaluation of combination use of Kendall’s W coefficient of the three basic measurement methods for pre-test results; use of Spearman rank correlation coefficient for the combined evaluation of the results of three basic measurement methods with the results of post-mortem examination. The forth chapter is the intergenerational transmission of poverty, migrant workers and differentiation of statistical analysis. This chapter first focuses on analysis of the public, quasi-public, semi-public of, and reverse the marginalization of the people of the intergenerational transmission of poverty effects. Then use a modified logistic regression model and transformation matrix approach percentile of migrant workers to do the intergenerational income elasticity of comparison, the public and quasi-public of parents and children of migrant workers between the generation of intergenerational income elasticity0.4713; half the people of the generation of migrant workers between the father and son intergenerational income elasticity of0.5127; marginalized and against the people of the generation of migrant workers between the father and son intergenerational income elasticity of0.5826. Finally, the use of impulse response functions and forecast error variance decomposition of the intergenerational transmission of poverty and migrant workers a path to do quantitative analysis.Chapter five is the intergenerational transmission of poverty, migrant workers and differentiation of statistical analysis. This chapter begins by using a modified logistic regression model and the percentile transformation matrix method for migrant workers to do the intergenerational income elasticity of comparison, the generation of migrant workers between father and son intergenerational income elasticity of0.54127. Second, the use of impulse response functions and forecast error variance decomposition of the intergenerational transmission of poverty and migrant workers a path to do quantitative analysis.Chapter six for the strengthening of migrant workers and members of the public intergenerational transmission of poverty and put forward relevant policy proposals. Mainly:First, to strengthen the education and training of migrant workers; Second, the political life of migrant workers in urban open the way; Third, speed up the household registration system, employment system and the reform of the social security system; Fourth, to create a harmonious and tolerant social environment provide them with more humane care.
