Research On Haier Supply Chain Performance Evaluation Based On SCOR Model

In recent years,the world has set off a new round of technological revolution and the trend of industrial reform.In order to stimulate the growth of the real economy,countries have introduced national strategies and growth plans,hoping to regain the competitive advantage through technological progress and restructuring of the manufacturing process.In this upsurge in China,also introduced the "made in China 2025" plan.In this environment,along with the continuous development of China's supply chain management concept,and the corresponding big data,cloud computing,networking and other technologies,the development of enterprise management of the supply chain more and more attention.Consumer demand for product differentiation is growing,so the traditional batch,large-scale manufacturing model has not meet the development of the times.The current product personality differences,to the manufacturing industry to bring great difficulties.How to achieve the small batch,the difference of production,that can meet the needs of consumers,but also can reduce the production cost of supply chain,is the problem faced by enterprises.This thesis is based on the "Industry 4.0" management concept put forward the background,selection of the manufacturing industry's leading enterprises as Haier electric benchmarking enterprises,summarizes the fit in the operation mode of supply chain "Industry 4.0"environment,in this paper we named it" shunt "supply chain.Based on the SCOR model,the author establishes a supply chain performance evaluation index system based on the model.In this paper,the expert scoring method,AHP analytic hierarchy process,the index system to build a new weight.In this paper,through the combination of the actual situation and the scientific method,a set of performance evaluation model which can be used to measure the supply chain of home appliance manufacturing industry is established.At the end of this paper,validation of a cleaner manufacturing company in the past six years,the performance level of the supply chain using the supply chain performance evaluation model.The results show that the performance of the supply chain performance evaluation model in the six years of the performance evaluation of the value of the trend of change,and the company's operating status in the past six years,the profit situation is roughly the same.It is proved that the model is feasible and feasible in practice.The innovation of this paper lies in:On the one hand,put forward the"parallel" the concept of the supply chain,and analyzes the advantages of supply chain,the supply chain operation mode is suitable for the development of good.On the other hand,using the related knowledge of SCOR model,establishes a suitable measure model of supply chain operation effect of the performance evaluation index system.In the process of modeling,this paper focuses on practice,hoping to apply this model to the actual production and life.
