In the past30years, China’s software industry, the industrial scale, industrial structure and product application, have made great achievements.In2007, China’s software industry scale in the global software industry’s share in2000from1.2%to8.7%, ranking fourth in the world.In2008, software industry further provides the service for the industrialization in technology innovation, innovation, management innovation, after China joins WTO, the domestic software industry is facing increasingly fierce competition for talent.Employee satisfaction by more and more enterprises attention, research on employee satisfaction has become an important aspect of enterprise human resource management.This paper combines the theory of employee satisfaction, employee satisfaction survey on the status of Ji’nan software industry, to determine the employee satisfaction have higher satisfaction in what aspects, there is low satisfaction which aspects.Secondly, according to the results of employee satisfaction survey, from different gender, age, education and enterprise overall, multi-angle analysis and evaluation of employee satisfaction.Through the analysis and evaluation of employee satisfaction, companies can be more in-depth understanding of the mentality of employees, find out the potential problems of the enterprise, provides the basis for the employee satisfaction management of software industry. Finally, based on the analysis of employee satisfaction survey, combined with the actual situation of software industry in Ji’nan area at present, from the enterprise management, employees, corporate culture, salary and welfare, occupation career planning five lower employee satisfaction, put forward specific strategies to improve staff satisfaction, and provide operational recommendations managers to raise the level of employee satisfaction.The employee satisfaction survey has a clear aim, according to the survey and analysis of each project is not high on the level of employee satisfaction, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure, has the practicability and maneuverability, have certain reference significance to improve staff satisfaction to the software industry in Ji’nan.
