Since the reform andopening up of China’s securities market has experienced the development processfrom scratch and from small to large, in recent years, in order to better adapt tothe transformation of domestic economic development, provide more channels fordirect financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, provide varieties wasmore abundant investment products, the securities industry has introduced variousbusiness innovation, in China’s capital market economy transition requires allsecurities companies from the original brokerage firms to wealth managementtransformation, and this put forward higher requirement for brokerage marketingsystem, Northeast Securities the original professional staff has been unable toadapt to the requirements of development under the new situation of NortheastSecurities Industry, Changchun marketing center is set up in this industry reformbackground.
