| After more than 30 years of development in China’s securities market,brokerage firms around the country are gradually developing and growing.With the continuous expansion of innovative businesses in the securities industry,China’s securities market in a period of transition objectively requires brokerage firms to transform from their original brokerage business to a wealth management brokerage firm.In order to realise this transformation and enhance the professional level and business capability of the company’s investment advisors,D Securities has launched a series of investment advisor training programmes in conjunction with the construction of the company’s training system.However,many problems have been revealed in various aspects,which have not been effective in improving the business and service capabilities of investment advisors and motivating them to work,and failing to achieve the value-added of clients’ assets through investment advisor services.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore and develop an optimal training system for investment advisers.Based on the above research background,this paper,based on the theoretical overview of the human resources training system,firstly,combined with the current situation,conducted a questionnaire survey on the current training system of investment advisors in branches nationwide through a questionnaire.Then,through the statistical analysis of the survey results,the main problems of the current investment advisor training system were identified,including the lack of demand analysis,the lack of advanced training concepts,the lack of perfect incentive mechanisms,and the lack of sound safeguards and other problems.Furthermore,based on the analysis of the problems,the company’s strategic objectives are combined with the five levels of investment advisor training needs,training faculty,training content,training methods and training evaluation effects to propose targeted optimisation solutions.Finally,further safeguards are put in place for the implementation of the optimised investment adviser training system to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimised investment adviser training system in terms of institutional safeguards,organisational safeguards and cost safeguards to provide effective support for the long-term development of investment advisers.The optimisation of the investment adviser training system can further strengthen the professional ability and service level of investment advisers,improve performance,achieve asset appreciation for clients,continuously expand market share and enhance the company’s competitiveness,thereby promoting the company’s high-quality development. |
