| With the process of opening in market, the competition in the field of China insurancebeing further intensified and for the reasons of the short development history of insurance andthe long period to cultivate insurance professionals in China, etc., the competition of talents inthe insurance field is being further intensified. This thesis takes CC Insurance Company forexample, to make a research on the current situation of brain drain in domestic insurancecompanies.This thesis adopts surveying research approach and the combined approach ofquantitative and qualitative analysis to study the current brain drain situation in CC InsuranceCompany and analyze the factors, point out that the main causes of CC Insurance Companybrain drain are great stress of work, lack of fair salary system, bad working conditions andextreme shortage of domestic insurance professionals. Based on these, considering the currentstatus of CC Insurance Company, put out the prevention system for brain drain-beforehandprevention, a matter of management and subsequent control.Strengthen the cohesive affinity of the enterprise and centripetal force and reduce theemployees’ intention to leave the company, by providing good development environment foremployees, improving company overall strength, building the characteristic enterprisesculture and enhancing the management of employee recruitment; improve the employeesatisfaction for company to prevent brain drain by taking measures such as establishing fairand equitable salary system, extending the communication channels between managementand employees and help employees to make plans for their careers and so on; after leaving thecompany, reduce the influence of brain drain by establishing and improving companyregulations, improve the employees’ satisfaction for company and reduce the employees’intention to leave and help to establish the company brand and enterprise culture byenhancing the management for resignation.In this thesis, the author, considering the real case of brain drain management of CCInsurance Company, did the research in establishing the prevention system for CC InsuranceCompany from the three aspects of before, in and after the brain drain, which could not only reduce the pressure of CC Insurance Company caused by brain drain to some extent, but alsoprovide some references for domestic insurance companies on the prevention for brain drain. |
