This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of employee training in LY state-owned enterprises.It utilizes training needs theory,self-efficacy theory,hierarchy of needs theory,adult learning theory,reinforcement theory and programmed teaching,competency model,and Kirsch four level evaluation model to optimize employee training plans,and innovatively proposes the application of network big data technologies such as databases in training.The article provides a detailed introduction to the theoretical models related to employee training.Through in-depth exploration of the existing training plans for employees of LY state-owned enterprises,it was found that there are many problems in the current training plan,such as incomplete collection of training needs,mismatch between training content and actual work tasks,single training methods,and difficulty in evaluating the effectiveness.These problems not only waste the huge training investment of the enterprise,but also affect the development and work effectiveness of employees.After analyzing the reasons for the problems through the three-dimensional training needs analysis model,competency model,and the analysis method of the Kirsch four level evaluation model,this article proposes a series of targeted optimization plans.This mainly includes establishing a training platform and big database to collect employee training information,optimizing training plan design,improving training demand prediction,optimizing training processes,optimizing employee incentive measures,etc.,using big data to supervise the training process and provide feedback on results,and continuously optimizing training plans.Finally,the article provides a summary and proposes areas for further optimization in the future.In summary,this article optimizes the training program for LY state-owned enterprise employees,providing reliable support for improving the quality of state-owned enterprise employees,providing a plan for mobilizing employee enthusiasm,and providing reference for the development of state-owned enterprises.At the same time,the research method of this paper also provides a way for managers to optimize enterprise management through database platform analysis and further promote the Digital transformation of enterprises.
