And keen understanding of the formulation of the strategy for future development of the importance and necessity.Tiantai Group is a private real estate enterprises through the introduction of advanced management experience, product concepts, JieYang city funds and the direction of development trends in the real estate industry, rely on the real estate market and the rapid development of real estate development into local enterprises in the crowd. Currently, company has advantage competition in the market, as specified in the land reserve, the development of concepts and branding, product and service innovation, and so on. The main problem is the existing management philosophy, management and management processes can not be effectively with the competitive intensity development. And the changing external environment, particularly land policy change and the rapid growth of competitors on the company’s existing management have a challenge.This paper under the guidance of strategic management theory, analyze economic situation of domestic real estate development environment and space.
