Training is an important way for the modern enterprise human resources development,but also the core of human resource development.On the one hand,by the way of training,employees can fully explore and use their potentiality to achieve greater self-worth,and enhance job satisfaction while increase the sense of belonging and responsibility to the enterprise.On the other hand,for the enterprises,effective training can improve or even maximize the efficiency and benefit of the enterprises,and improve their market competitiveness and enhance internal cohesion of staff.All in all,scientific and effective training management,can effectively develop the quality of human resources,and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.The JT Group is the main body of government investment and State-owned assets management subject,approved and authorized by the Provincial People's Government.It is a wholly state-owned enterprises,with legal personality.since its inception in 2005,through the optimization of asset allocation and the reform of the company mechanism,the JT Group has gradually reversed the status of financial loss,and get into the rapid growth of the expansion strategy.During the period,the JT Group has reformed the management of human resource.However,there are still many problems in the management of staff training,such as lack of pertinence and effectiveness,lack significant effect of training and low training enthusiasm of staff.Compared with the international large-scale enterprises,the training management system is still imperfect.There are still some gaps between them.With the development of the Group and the increasing of employees,the shortage and problems in training management become more and more prominent,even has affected to a certain extent the realization of the Group's strategic objectives.Therefore,based on the introduction of human resources training theory,based on the investigation and study,the author analyzes the present situation and existing problems of staff training management,and connects the training theory with the actual situation of the company,starting from the analysis of strengthening training demand,the author puts forward a new training management mode and safeguard measures by the way of comprehensive used the training theory and introduced the evaluation of the training effect.The author hopes that the proposed training optimization scheme and safeguard measures can provide some reference for the actual training management of enterprises.
