| This thesis takes the data team of Real Estate Assessment Company G as an example,using survey method and questionnaire method to remark and examine the current condition of the data team.It concludes some problems in the performance appraisal and analyzes the cause of these problems.The data team of Company G mainly adopts the performance evaluation method and key performance event method.However,they are not suited for the company’s strategic development due to the critical change in the company’s strategic goals.Therefore,we should optimize the performance appraisal system of the data team using new performance appraisal methods for it to adapt to the new strategic goals.This thesis firstly does a thorough analysis of the prospect and strategic goal of the company,and on the basis of description of the working progress of the data team,optimizes the performance appraisal indicator using the BSC balanced scorecard theory;secondly,it sets the weights of the various indicators using the analytic hierarchy process;thirdly,the actual situation of the enterprise is evaluated using the new indicator system,and feedback adjustment is made according to the results of the trial run of the new performance appraisal indicator system.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation and operation of the new performance appraisal system,the thesis proposes the safety measures of the performance appraisal system from three aspects. |
